Tarte de chocolate e avelãs :: Chocolate and hazelnut pie

É verdade, cedi à tentação do chocolate. E se bem me apeteceu melhor a fiz :D
Rápida a preparar e a desaparecer :))
A repetir, com certeza.

Ingredientes (4/5 porções):
- Massa:
50g de manteiga sem sal
2 colheres de sopa de água
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 pitada de sal
125g farinha de trigo, sem fermento
(Adaptado de aqui)
- Recheio:
2 colheres de sopa de água
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar
3 colheres de sopa de leite
100g de chocolate preto
40g de chocolate de leite

Avelãs tostadas a gosto.

That's true, I yielded to the temptation of chocolate. I had a desire to eat chocolate pie with a crunchy base and a filling soft and with the unique flavor of chocolate. So I lay hands on it : D
Never had done one before, but there's always a first time! Joining a few details of two or three recipes, I got the result I wanted ... Quick to prepare and to disappear :))
To repeat, for sure.

Ingredients (4/5 portions):
- Base:
50g of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
125g plain flour, unleavened
(Adapted from here)

- Filling:
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
100g dark chocolate
40g of milk chocolate

Toasted hazelnuts to taste.

The dough is prepared in a jiffy. Bring to boil in a saucepan all ingredients except the flour until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add all the flour and involve until the dough detaches from the pan. Place on a piece of parchment paper, enough to cover the form where it will bake. Roll it out, put it in a form (with the  parchment paper) and sting the bottom with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 200º C for 10 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile prepare the filling. Put the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil to melt. When the consistency resemble honey, carefully add the milk and dissolve. Add the chocolate into pieces and let it melt, be careful not to catch or burn.
Remove the dough from the oven and place on serving plate. Roast whole hazelnuts and rub them with a cloth to remove the peel (if any :)). Place the chocolate in the dough and spread the hazelnuts over it after coarsely chopped with a knife and delight yourself!
